Private Lessons While group classes expand listening capabilities and social skills, private lessons nurture self-discipline and personal achievement. We offer private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, violin, flute, and percussion. Three parties/recitals per year, plus preparation for auditions give students real goals.
Private piano lessons are available with instructor Dee Sales for all ages. Key Benefits:
Private guitar lessons are available with instructor Dan Sales for ages 6 and up for all levels and styles. Students ages 6 and older may take private lessons and work on guitar music they are interested in. All work usually begins on classical guitar and may progress to lead or bass guitar, 7 or 12-string. Dan Sales is a performing jazz and classical guitarist. He is active with teaching private and class guitar, studio recording, composing, arranging, and performing, including past performances with the world-famous 1:00 O'Clock Lab Band at the University of North Texas. He is also the owner of Country Village Instruments. Key Benefits:
Violin lessons are taught by Barbara Spadavecchia. Barbara Spadavecchia, Violin Instructor - Barbara studied violin with Zsigmondy at the University of Washington where she earned a Bachelor in Music. She has also studied Suzuki violin teaching. Flute Dee Sales offers private voice lessons for students preparing for choirs, singing auditions, and solo performances. Leah Stillwell offers a private lessons with a broad range of styles from classical to musical theatre, jazz to contemporary. Students vary in age and ability. Leah focuses on developing a suitable vocal technique. This means breathing, releasing the sound, getting an efficient, effective tone and extending the range where necessary. Students explore improvisation, various vocal styles, and musical theory too! Key Benefits:
